Stalls
The Lyceum Theatre's Stalls is at street level and has step-free access. The seats span from row A to ZB (omitting rows I and O) and are divided into five blocks.
The best seats are around one third of the way from the front of the Stalls in the centre, although those situated at the rear still offer an excellent overall view.
The outer row R seats are ideal for patrons who would like extra leg room. The Lyceum Theatre's Restricted view seats at the outer edges of the front Stalls provide great value for money, offering a close-up experience of the show with only the extreme left or right rear corners of the stage out of view.
Royal Circle
The Lyceum Theatre's Royal Circle is directly above the Stalls. All seats offer an excellent, clear view of the stage. The best seats are central and towards the front.
The balcony view seats span from row A to P (omitting rows I and O) and are divided into three blocks. The Royal Circle is an ideal choice for seating for The Lion King with families as all rows are amply raked with two steps between each.
There are 40 steps from street level to the Royal Circle. There is also a lift for those with mobility difficulties, from which patrons enter via our Ambassador Lounge to the lower-numbered side of row H.
Box Seats
The Lyceum Theatre's box seats offer a restricted but unique view of the show with increased privacy. Boxes E and K are close to the stage and provide an amazing view of The Lion King's opening sequence. Boxes A, B, F and G are set further back and higher up the sides of the auditorium. From these, patrons may find they need to lean forward for a better view.
Grand Circle
The Lyceum Theatre's Grand Circle is above the Royal Circle and offers a full, clear, elevated view of the entire stage.
The seats span from A to M (omitting row I) and are divided into three blocks. All rows are steeply raked with three steps between each, with actors’ facial expressions visible from the back row.
The restricted view seats at the front of the Grand Circle offer good value for money, with the safety rails only occasionally obscuring the view.
There are 83 steps from street level to the Grand Circle. There is also a lift for those with mobility difficulties, from which patrons enter via a corridor to just three steps from the lower-numbered side of row B.
Please note that the Grand Circle toilets are 29 steps down from the seating area. The Grand Circle is not recommended for sufferers of vertigo.
